Community Autonomy

The founding team is the early core participant of DAO. DAO members will be gradually expanded, will include early investors, guild members, asset owners, chain games and NFT players, etc. GMGA certificate holders will gradually replace the founding team as the agreement governor and lead the direction of business development.

Voting Mechanism

Voting will include but not limited to the following

· IDO cooperative game

· Foundation investment projects

· Technique program adjustment

· Product and project improvement measures

· Token distribution mechanism

· Governance structure adjustment

Management System

· Provide guild management tools to assist the guild in member management;

· Establish a child DAO. Guild members vote for management of the affairs of the guild to which the child (DAO) belongs;

· Create a guild digital asset warehouse, provide a development reward mechanism, establish a scholarship program, and help the guild grow;

· The Alliance Foundation conducts collaborative management of the child (DAO);
